Capitol Art Society is a long established group of professional artists from Austin and Central Texas.  The primary goal is to bring our art into the public arena and to sell our work through shows and other venues.  Individual artists may be contacted through links on the Capitol Art Society website. Four shows are held in Austin and nearby venues throughout the year.

Artists interested in joining us may submit their work for review on an annual basis.

I am currently president  of CAS for 2012/2014

Artists paint on location in the Austin and Hill Country region of Central Texas. Two or more paintouts are planned each month.  An annual exhibition of paintings is held each year at a local venue.  An annual trip to the coast or other location of interest is planned for members who wish to participate.
